James Timothy White, Founder
About James:
At age 12, Mr. White founded his first company, which turned into a multi-million dollar corporate structure. In 2005, he sold his business to pursue his passion for finance and has since become the pinnacle of the Canadian entrepreneurial spirit by buying and selling several companies in Canada, the United States and Internationally. Mr. White is also a published author and artist selling more than 300,000 copies of his books and publications world-wide as well various paintings.
In 2006, Mr. White Co-Founded Canam Credit Company Inc. and was Chief Executive Officer (Founding Until April 7, 2008). In 2008, Mr. White founded and operated Texcan Capital Inc., a capital pool company until early 2010 when it was merged with an energy company subsequently listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2010. In November of 2009, Mr. White was appointed Director and CEO of Eurotex Finanz Inc. which was later listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This made Mr. White the youngest CEO of a publicly listed company. In 2011, Mr. White oversaw the merger of Eurotex Finanz to the British Virgin Islands, the privatization of the company and subsequently announced a dividend.
In 2011, Mr. White founded Eurotex Global Savings & Trust SA a Luxembourg trust company, ProsperityBuilder REIT Inc. a dividend paying real-estate investment trust and Eurogen Energy Inc. a dividend paying Energy Company.
In 2012, acting as CEO of Eurotex Global Savings & Trust SA James White sold the business to a competitor and left as CEO of the company.
In addition to buying, selling and forming several businesses he has also built sales and marketing teams. He has been involved in business development, strategic partnerships, joint ventures in various industries such as financial services, oil and gas, telecommunications, media, real-estate management and development as well as product design from concept to creation and monetization.
As a result of his dynamic career, Mr. White has gained an extensive knowledge of public markets, an expansive network of connections to venture capital industry including angel investors and industrial strategic partners.

J.P. Fernandes is licensed by the Wisconsin State and Federal Bars and admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin; the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Court of International Trade (Customs Court Located in New York, New York). At 33 he was one of the youngest attorneys to appear before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. J.P. Fernandes graduated from Lawrence University and in the top of his law school class at Marquette University in 1997.

Born and raised in Calgary, Matthew is A graduate of the University of Alberta’s BFA Acting program, Mr, Mkinney has since moved back to Calgary where he spends his spare time playing guitar, writing, and hoping for a decent snowfall. About John:
John Sanchez is Managing Director of FPA Group, a management consulting firm specializing in financial planning and analysis.
John has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at The Florida State University in 1991 and started his career in public accounting. After working at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. (a top ten CPA firm that was acquired by E&Y in 1995) where he worked on audit, tax and consulting engagements, John transitioned into corporate finance. He worked at several Fortune 500 companies including Blockbuster Entertainment, AutoNation USA and Royal Caribbean Cruises. He served in various roles in financial planning and analysis, mergers & acquisitions and corporate development.
Prior to starting his consulting career Mr. Sanchez was the Manager of Corporate Development for the Used Vehicle Division of AutoNation where he was responsible for the long term strategic plan for the division. In 1997, John started his consulting career, serving as a consultant to AutoNation during a transition period for the company as they were exiting the used vehicle megastore business.
John has served numerous clients in varied industries. He has also served as a financial services professional providing individual and small business financial planning.
John has been tapped as a subject matter expert to present at a number of national conferences and continues to serve the finance and accounting community through speaking engagements. He has also delivered training for clients on topics as varied as budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and most recently has added soft skills training for finance and accounting professionals.

Dr. Jacqueline Zaleski Mackenzie has been the CEO of a 501(c) 3 nonprofit corporation since 1991. She is an ordained minister, an author, speaker, businesswoman, and a social scientist. She is the author of Empowering Spanish Speakers and other books to help understand the Latino culture. Her education includes an EdS and a PhD in bilingual education, special education, and sociocultural studies from the University of Arizona. She has a MS and BS in business systems management from Florida Institute of Technology.
