Under Mruz’s strategic guidance, the group will support Flashtalking clients navigating the programmatic landscape, with recommended approaches, solutions selection guidance and proprietary tactics, including those for specific verticals such as Auto, CPG, Travel and Hospitality, and Telcom.

Background and Future Plans
In the 2Q18, the consulting team assisted clients with developing personalization business cases, (i.e. return on ad spend, operational efficiencies, time to market), and debuted a Strategic Planning workshop, a half-day structured working session that brings together key stakeholders across marketing, creative, media, and analytics to develop data-driven messaging strategies. The team has also published a series of vertical market playbooks (“accelerators”) that share best practices across Auto and CPG, with Travel and Telcom accelerators planned for later this summer.
In the second half of the year, the consulting team expects to introduce additional services, including a formal client education and training curriculum, process re-engineering workshops, data integration services, agile methodologies for creative development, and a suite of analytics support services.
