As the political debate unfolded Sunday night, Donald Trump attacked Hillary Clinton and even blaming her for his own failure to pay taxes. He reminded his supporters that he is all that’s left between her and the presidency. If he were in charge, Mr. Trump told Secretary Clinton at one point, “You’d be in jail.”
When Clinton addressed Trump’s recent offense to women as well as his failure to apologize to immigrants and minorities alike, he responded with a lash at Clinton promising he would have a special prosecutor to investigate her. Hillary attempted to persuade voters to her side by stating that she shares their values and aspirations.
When Trump accepted to run as Republican representative in July he said, “I have joined the political arena so that the powerful can no longer beat up on people that cannot defend themselves.” Although the build up to that point involved the attack on vulnerable Americans such as minorities and the disabled.
A video tape Friday revealed evidence of Trump using his status to prey on women. In 2005 he told Howard Stern on his radio show that when he owned the Miss Universe pageant, he “inspected” naked contestants backstage. “You know, they’re standing there with no clothes. … And you see these incredible-looking women, and so, I sort of get away with things like that.”
