Aircall Named One of the Fastest-Growing Companies in North America on the 2021 Deloitte Technology Fast 500

Aircall, a global cloud-based business phone and call center software, has been named one of the top 500 companies leading the way in technology innovation on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™. This prestigious recognition by Deloitte is a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America.

Olivier Pailhès, co-founder of Aircall, believes this recognition reinforces Aircall’s mission of investing in voice and SMS communications and position as a leader in the SaaS industry: “Business owners want a phone system that is easy to use, affordable, scalable and solves the major complexity issues prevalent in legacy hard phone systems. By focusing on software solutions that offer all types of business communications through a single app that can be used on almost any device, Aircall is poised to capture the growing U.S. small business market that continues to invest into digital transformation.”

Aircall provides a phone system that operates 100% in the cloud, and integrates with a company’s CRM tools to streamline workflow and promote workplace productivity. With a quick download from the app store, businesses and call centers can enable a remote workforce or an in-office work online system that provides detailed analytics to track and improve team performance and store customer interaction history.

Since opening its doors in 2014, Aircall has experienced continued growth, catching the attention of SMBs across the globe. The company is backed by notable investors such as Goldman Sachs Asset Management, DTCP, eFounders, Draper Esprit, Adam Street Partners, NextWorldCap and Revaia. This summer, Aircall raised $120 million in a Series D funding round valuing the company at more than $1 billion.

With more than 1000 customers around the world, Aircall continues to grow with new offices opening in London and Berlin this year, and current offices in New York, Paris, Sydney, London and Madrid.
