LUND, Sweden, June 20, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – has won an order to supply Framo pumping systems to an FPSO in the North Sea. The order has a value of approximately SEK 65 million. It is booked in the Pumping Systems unit of the Marine Division, with deliveries scheduled for 2018.
The order comprises offshore pumping systems for injection of water into the production wells in order to optimize the extraction of oil.
