Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) continues to grow its diversified its stream of revenue. The company launches a car comparison researching tool, capitalizing on the fact the car sales are becoming more popular online.
The company introduced Amazon Vehicles. The researching tool includes a search tool looking for both new and used cars and trucks. The new site will competing against the current widely used car comparison website like Edmunds.com, TrueCars and Kelley Blue Book.
Adam Goetsch, director of Amazon Automotive, said in a statement, “support customers during one of the most important, research-intensive purchases in their lives by helping them make informed decisions.”
Amazon Vehicles will not be different than any other Amazon product. Customers will able to write a review and each car will have a Q&A section, which are very useful features especially for the older cars in the search data.
