Apple, Inc. The screening tool is can be found here and the application is available on the App Store. These steps to maintain up to date with the situation and contain the spread were due to collaborations with the CDC, White house Coronavirus Task Force and FEMA in steps to contain the virus as much as possible.
The app will provide questions that users answer that revolve around current risky factors, exposure and systems for themselves to determine the right steps next. Frequently asked questions will be answered about COVID-19 that include how to recognize symptoms and see who is the most vulnerable to contracting the virus.
There are helpful hints to stay safe as well as integrated answers to questions that you may ask Siri such as “How do I know if I have coronavirus?”. Travelers that has landed at international airports within the U.S. have began receiving notifications on their iPhones to remind them of the current CDC guidance to monitor their health and stay at home. The app and tools involved do not require any sign-in or Apple IDs to utilize.
