TORONTO, Dec. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Avante Logixx Inc. (TSXV: XX) (“Avante” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously reported acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Intelligarde International Inc. (“Intelligarde”) effective November 30, 2018 pursuant to the terms of the agreement dated November 11, 2018 (the “Agreement”) and previously announced by Avante on November 12, 2018. As announced, Avante purchased Intelligarde for $4.75 million using a mix of cash on hand and its recently announced acquisition facility to fund the transaction. The $4.75 million purchase price is subject to certain adjustments as set forth in the Agreement.
