Brevet Capital Management Appoints Vikram Sodhi as Chief Financial Officer

Brevet Capital Management, LLC (together with its related parties,
“Brevet”), an investment management firm focused on creating customized,
value-adding financing solutions, today announced the appointment of
Vikram Sodhi as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Sodhi joins Brevet from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) where he
was a Partner in the Banking and Capital Markets Assurance practice
providing assurance and advisory services. In his 24 years at PwC, he
served financial institutions across banking, capital markets, and
alternative asset management. Mr. Sodhi received a Master of Business
Administration from Columbia Business School and a Master of Arts in
Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts
and Sciences and is a NYS licensed CPA.
