CF Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: CFVI) announced a business combination with Rumble Inc. After the close of the transaction, the combined company will be called Rumble Inc. and is expected to publicly list on Nasdaq. The business combination is planned to finalize in the second quarter of 2022. Shares will trade on NASDAQ under the symbol “CFVI” until close of the transaction.
