Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of twenty one and three
quarters ($0.2175) cents per share.
This quarterly dividend will be payable September 4, 2018 to
stockholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2018. It
is the Company’s 470th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
