ARServices, a leading growth-focused management consulting and professional services provider supporting the Federal Government, announces that Derrick Williams has joined the company as Vice President for Business Development. In this role, Derrick leads all business development activities for ARServices’ three business lines: Business Transformation, Integrated Logistics, and Research and Development support services. Derrick possesses 30 years of strategic and operational experience and the demonstrated ability to shape and implement strategies to achieve growth. He brings over a decade of end-to-end business development experience, including client engagement, capture management, proposal writing, and marketing.

Prior to joining ARServices, Derrick served as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for Mayvin, Inc., where he drove strategic partnerships and transactions to accelerate the company’s growth and expand its presence across the Federal contracting space. Prior to that position, he worked for large and small companies, both domestically and internationally. Before his time in industry, Derrick served in the U.S. Army for 20 years, holding multiple command and staff positions.
Derrick holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Weber State University.
