Florida Community Bank Welcomes Its Fourth Class of FCB Masters Program Associates

Florida Community Bank (FCB) is pleased to announce this year’s
best-of-the-best college graduates selected to participate in the
advanced FCB Masters Program, a six-month intensive training program
designed to professionally develop the Credit, Financial Analysis, and
Relationship Management skills and abilities of young banking
professionals.

The FCB Masters Program provides individuals who have earned an
undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or Finance with
the foundation necessary to become a top banker and strategic partner to
Florida Community Bank’s commercial and personal banking customers.
Joined by past members of the FCB Masters Program, this year’s new team
members were recently recognized by FCB President and CEO, Kent Ellert,
at a company dinner.

Hailing from across the U.S. and internationally, this year’s class of
FCB Masters Program associates include:

The FCB Masters Program is an accelerated program providing a hands-on,
rotation-based learning experience in the areas of Credit, Commercial
and Retail Banking and Finance where team members are exposed to various
lines of business throughout the bank. On-the-job training supplemented
by formal classroom work provides trainees with the opportunity to gain
the knowledge, skills and experience required to assume a position as an
Analyst, Credit Portfolio Manager, or Commercial Relationship Manager
upon completion of the program.

Started in 2015, 26 college graduates have participated in the FCB
Masters Program to date, with many building successful industry careers
and going on to become Portfolio Managers, Commercial RMs, Financial
Reporting, Small Business Underwriting, Performance Management Reporting
and Credit Analysts within FCB. This year’s group of Masters Program
participants will get their training at the Vanderbilt Learning Center
