The Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) will virtually host the International Symposium on Cybercrime Response (ISCR 2021) on the official website (https://iscr.cyber.go.kr/) from 18 to 22 October 2021.
As one of the world’s largest conferences on cybercrime, the ISCR has been a forum of cooperation and collaboration for law enforcement agencies and global IT businesses against evolving cybercrime.
Marking its 22nd anniversary, the ISCR 2021 is inviting the active involvement of law enforcement authorities, as well as government officials, private sector actors, NGOs, and academia to participate in the discussion to create a ‘safer cyberspace for all.’
All presentations are pre-recorded and provided in on-demand format on the website throughout the event period.
The Symposium’s Special Session invites Professor Jeong Ha-woong at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) to give a special lecture on ‘Big data and Privacy – Almighty Google knows everything’ and presentations on multiple cybercrime topics including the future of cybercrime and strategies, dark web and cryptocurrency-related cybercrime, cyber fraud, and cyber sexual abuse, will be covered throughout the event.
