Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that real estate
lawyers Jill Block and Marc Shapiro have joined as partners in its New
York office, arriving from Mayer Brown.
Block and Shapiro strengthen Norton Rose Fulbright’s highly regarded
real estate team in New York and the United States.
Block has significant experience representing buyers and sellers of
commercial real estate, investors and developers in joint venture
arrangements, and lenders and borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine
financing transactions.
Shapiro concentrates on real estate and real estate finance. He counsels
lenders, owners and operators in complex financing, purchase, sale and
leasing transactions involving office, shopping center, industrial,
multifamily and hospitality properties.
