Noah Ostroff, a well-known entrepreneur in the Philadelphia real estate industry, today announced the acquisition of six Keller Williams franchises in the Tampa Bay area from veteran real estate mogul, Kevin Chadwick, of the Chadwick Group.
The six brokerages, operated by Mr. Chadwick for over 20 years, include KW South Tampa, KW St. Petersburg, KW Suburban Tampa (Brandon), KW Gulf Beaches (St. Pete Beach), KW South Shore (Apollo Beach), and KW Seminole. Last year the brokerages sold over $3 Billion in sales volume, over $80 Million in revenue, and closed approximately 10,000 transactions combined. With the support of over 1,300 agents between the six locations, no other brokerages have sold more real estate in the history of Tampa Bay.
Mr. Chadwick believes that now is the time to invest in the next generation of real estate professionals.
“I will continue to focus on pouring into our agents through teaching healthy, wealthy and wise life practices,” says Mr. Chadwick. “I see great potential opportunities ahead for KW Agents and I do not want anyone to miss them.”
“Tampa Bay is an attractive and popular place to live with beautiful weather, a low cost of living, and beautiful homes,” said Mr. Ostroff. “We are grateful for this unique opportunity to make an impact on so many agents’ lives, and we are excited to bring our expertise to the area.”
Under Mr. Ostroff’s leadership, the brokerages will be rebranded internally as KW Impact. His lifelong friend and business partner, Jake Dreyfuss, is joining the venture as General Manager of all the brokerages.
“The opportunity to build upon the legacy that Kevin has created and to pour into the community as a whole could not be passed up,” said Mr. Dreyfuss. “We will build upon the standards and values of Keller Williams with a focus on collaboration and co-creating teams that can have the highest productivity and the best work/life balance in Tampa Bay real estate.”
