PowerSchool, the leading provider of cloud-based software for K-12 education, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. PowerSchool has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “PWSC.”
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays, Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank are acting as lead bookrunning managers for the offering. BofA Securities, Jefferies, Macquarie Capital and RBC Capital Markets are also acting as joint bookrunning managers. Baird, Piper Sandler, Raymond James and William Blair are acting as co-managers.
