New Zealand’s Promapp Solutions – an industry-leading provider of
cloud-based business process management (BPM) software for creating and
managing business processes online – is expanding its U.S. presence,
opening its second U.S. office in Austin, Texas.
Promapp already has seven employees in the new Austin office, with plans
to add other sales and marketing positions in the near future. The
company is currently recruiting for several positions, including a
Marketing Operations Manager, and additional Account Executives and
Sales Development Representatives.
“Promapp’s new Austin office represents an integral part of our strategy
to continue U.S. expansion in support of our current momentum and to
support our growing U.S. client base. We’re seeing a lot of demand for
Promapp’s BPM software,” says Ivan Seselj, CEO, Promapp.
Seselj notes that Promapp has established a strong foothold in America
since opening its first U.S. office in San Francisco in 2015. The firm
now counts ConnectWise, MorganFranklin Consulting, JE Dunn, Marketo,
Coca-Cola Amatil, Michigan State University, Builders Design, the
University of California Berkeley, Porchlight Developments, GCM, and
Pankow Builders among its U.S. customers.
“We’ve had great success in North America, attracting a range of marquee
clients as market interest in cloud-based process improvement solutions
increases,” says Seselj.
“More organizations are recognizing the important role process
management and improvement play in driving innovation, staff engagement,
and competitive advantage,” Seselj continues. “Leading C-suite
executives are now making it a priority to create an environment that
enables well-intentioned teams to drive effective change management,
ensuring that critical process information is captured and presented in
formats that teams across the business will actually use.”
Recognized as one of five Hot Vendors in Business Process Management by
Aragon Research, Promapp recently launched a new onboarding and training
solution which uses role-based process information already contained in
Promapp’s BPM software to automate the creation of onboarding plans for
each new staff position within an organization. The solution also
features a training record management dashboard that simplifies training
record management by providing personal training notifications, training
records, and attendance reports.
