NEW YORK, July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — TBWA announced today that Deb Haimes has been promoted to Managing Director of Engage, the Chicago-based global performance marketing agency within the TBWA Worldwide collective, specializing in SEO, SEM and data analytics. Haimes succeeds Lauren Neimcewicz in the role and will report to TBWAChiatDay New York CEO Rob Schwartz, who oversees the Engage business.

Haimes has over 15 years of B2C and B2B experience across various sectors and global brands, including CPG, financial services, online travel, wireless, and health and wellness. Working on brands such as GE, Gatorade, Quaker, American Express, Orbitz, Cricket Wireless, Keiser Fitness and Alva-Amco Pharmacal, she has led national brand relaunches, as well as strategy and creative execution across retail, broadcast and digital channels.
Deb joined Engage in 2017 as Group Account Director to lead the GE Healthcare business, as well as additional accounts with Omnicom partner agencies Doremus and GSD&M. Along with her team, Deb has continued to deliver solid and strategic digital marketing through comprehensive SEO, SEM and Content programs across all of Engage’s roster clients.
Prior to Engage, Deb lead her own strategic consultancy – Haimes Consulting – and was Vice President, Group Management Director at Plan B Agency. She spent the bulk of her career at TPN in Chicago, where she led the Cricket Wireless business as Vice President, Group Account Director.
