Users can track the direction of service personnel throughout the whole process, with a unique special code seal. We open the port for customers of cooperative business units to record, and the service records are electronically archived, visualized, and automatically settle bills in detail, with clear data and efficient management.

The background work order of the system is automatically distributed to the outlets near the address based on the LBS geographical location. July 14, 2022 - E-Home Household Services Holdings Limited Announces “Carbon Neutral” and Green Initiative, Launching Specialized Waste Classification, Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Household Services

E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EJH) (the “Company” or “E-Home”), a provider of integrated household services in China, today announced a new “carbon neutral” initiative to provide specialized waste classification, energy saving and emission reduction household services.

E-Home plans to launch garbage classification services and incorporate the concept of “emission reduction” into standard door-to-door household cleaning and maintenance services, which involves developing tailor-made garbage bags (decomposable, non-composable, recyclable, non-recyclable etc.) and advocating customers to use this designated service for environment-friendly sorting of waste. The Company is also looking to provide such waste sorting services for public service institutions and has signed contract with a local property management company in Fujian for domestic garbage sorting and dumping.

China aims to have non-fossil energy consumption exceed 80% of its total mix by 2060, when the world’s second-biggest economy plans to be carbon neutral, according to guidelines published by the official Xinhua News Agency in October last year. The measures are part of China’s larger plan for achieving peak carbon emissions and reaching net-zero by 2060. The report reiterated the government’s climate goals for 2025 and 2030 and vowed to accelerate a decline in China’s coal use.

Carbon neutral is also not so far away from our day-to-day life. Garbage collection could play a key role in reducing carbon emissions but limited waste collection and poor segregation by households and at landfills make it difficult for recycling works. E-Home has established expertise and experience to provide this specialized service with garbage collection and dumping to help facilitate China’s carbon neutral goals. Moreover, China has categorized “Carbon Emission Manager” as a new profession that involves the monitoring, measuring and facilitating consultation on the reduction of carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions. E-Home is also riding on this trend and will combine existing training program and human resources system with skillset related to “carbon neutral” household services to foster transformation of the Company’s business into a green profession. The Company plans to provide Carbon Emission Manager training, which should help create new opportunities and jobs for workforce and also diversify E-Home’s streams of revenue.

July 6, 2022 - E-Home Household Services Holdings Limited Awarded Client Household Service Contract from PICC Property and Casualty Co. Ltd.’s Fujian Company

 E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EJH) (the “Company” or “E-Home”), a provider of integrated household services in China, today announced the Company has been awarded service contract from PICC Property and Casualty Co. Ltd.’s Fujian company (“PICC Fujian”), to provide property and household appliance cleaning and maintenance services for PICC Fujian’s clients.

Pursuant to the contract with PICC Fujian, E-Home will be the designated household service provider for PICC Fujian’s insurance clients who purchase insurance products from PICC Fujian and are offered additional housekeeping services as part of an incentive rebate program. The partnership with PICC would bring in about RMB2-3 millions service revenue annually.

Meanwhile, Putian YouYou Cleaning Co., Ltd. (“YouYou”), a subsidiary of the Company, has been awarded RMB1.4 million new property cleaning contract by Fujian Bon Property Management Group’s Quanzhou subsidiary (“Bon Quanzhou”). Based on the contract signed, YouYou will provide daily sweep and maintain cleanliness at two designated neighborhoods under Bon Quanzhou’s management.

YouYou is a leading cleaning services provider and a member enterprise at Fujian Province Cleaning Industry Association. E-Home acquired 60% of equity interests in YouYou in January.

June 24, 2022 - E-Home Household Services Holdings Limited Updates on RMB5 million Additional Property Cleaning Contracts Awarded During April-May

E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EJH) (the “Company” or “E-Home”), a provider of integrated household services in China, today announced the Company has been awarded additional RMB4.7 million new contracts during April-May to provide property cleaning services for neighborhood residences.

The Company signed RMB0.8 million of the service contracts and Putian YouYou Cleaning Co., Ltd. (“YouYou”), a subsidiary of the Company, was awarded RMB3.9 million of the new business. YouYou is a leading cleaning services provider and a member enterprise at Fujian Province Cleaning Industry Association and E-Home acquired 60% of equity interests in YouYou in January.

Under the contract, the Company and YouYou will provide concentrated sweep through designated neighborhoods and maintain their cleanliness for contracted service period that ranges from 10 to 12 months. The neighborhoods include, among others, 1.1 million square meter properties developed by China’s developer R&F Group, which is managed by property management firm Guangzhou Tianli Property Management, Xiamen Branch, and 0.26 million square meter properties managed by Fujian Fusheng Property Management Co. Ltd.

June 2, 2022 - E-Home Household Services Holdings Limited Awarded RMB18 million Property Cleaning Contracts During April-May

E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EJH) (the “Company” or “E-Home”), a provider of integrated household services in China, today announced the Company has been awarded RMB18 million new contracts during April-May to provide property cleaning services for neighborhood residences.

The Company signed RMB5 million of the service contracts and Putian YouYou Cleaning Co., Ltd. (“YouYou”), a subsidiary of the Company, was awarded RMB13 million of the new business. YouYou is a leading cleaning services provider and a member enterprise at Fujian Province Cleaning Industry Association and E-Home acquired 60% of equity interests in YouYou in January.

May 25, 2022 - E-Home Household Services Holdings Limited Updates on Anticipated Key Operational Matric

E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EJH) (the “Company” or “E-Home”), a provider of integrated household services in China, today provided updates on anticipated key operational matric of the Company’s operation for the three months ended March 31, 2022.

During Q3 2021 ended March 31, 2022, E-Home is expected to post sales of more than 83 million yuan, and a net income of over 2 million yuan. The Company also estimate to have received more than 260,000 service orders from over 217,000 customers during Q3 2021. These include anticipated revenue and customer orders from installation and maintenance segment of over 50 million yuan and 135,000 orders, expected revenue and customer orders from housekeeping services of more than 21 million yuan and 114,000 orders, and finally estimated revenue and customer orders from senior care services of over 9 million yuan and 11,000 orders during Q3 2021.

April 28, 2022 - E-Home Household Services Holdings Limited Officially Launches Digital Human as Service (DHaaS) Metaverse Customer Services

E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: EJH) (the “Company” or “E-Home”), a provider of integrated household services in China, today announced that the Company officially launched its Digital Human as a Service (“DHaaS”) platform that debuted on April 22, 2022, leveraging frontend AI technologies for sales and customer-facing services.
