The Rice Family Foundation to Support Local Community Non-Profits

The Rice Family Foundation was established by Michael and Jane Rice of
Utz Quality Foods, LLC., to provide leadership and support for the
education, health, and well-being of families located in the communities
of the greater Hanover, Pennsylvania area.

Using grant funds, The Rice Family Foundation supports eligible, local
area non-profit organizations in Hanover and surrounding communities who
dedicate their time, efforts, and resources to foster a better
community. Grant funds are supported by commitments made from the Rice

The submission deadline for consideration of 2018 grant funds is no
later than July 31st.

“Last year, we were excited to recognize twenty-two local non-profits
with grant funds based on their hard-work and efforts in our community” said
Stacie Lissette, Director, The Rice Family Foundation. “As we
turn our attention to awarding the next round of grant funds, we seek to
support those local area non-profit organizations who are focused on
supporting the well-being of families in our community.”

The Rice Family Foundation will accept applications for grant funds
through an application process which is detailed by visiting:
Applications for 2018 can be made on-line or by mail-in hard copy, and
will be accepted until July 31st. Grant fund awards will be
announced and distributed no later than December 31st, 2018.
