On June 25, 2018, Mr. Fruhmann reached agreement with Richard Oravec, principal and owner of Pivo Associates, Inc. (PIVO) through which PIVO will handle Investor Relations functions for the Company effective June 26, 2018.
The control of the Company was acquired by John Fruhmann pursuant to an agreement that was entered into on December 31, 2017. On that date former control person Jinhui Guo agreed to transfer, and subsequently did transfer, 10,000,000 shares of the Company to Mr. Fruhmann. Mr. Fruhmann was and is the head of the XNWU subsidiary The Standard Tobacco Company of Pennsylvania, Inc. that the Company acquired in exchange for 1,000,000 shares of its common stock, as well as heading the Company.
Mr. Fruhmann was formerly, for 34 years until 2008, employed in positions of increasing responsibility by Minerals Technologies, Inc., a Pfizer subsidiary that was spun off, reaching the position of Director of Sales, for this corporation having sales in excess of a billion dollars in 2007, which has risen subsequently to 1.5 billion dollars per annum in 2017.
Standard Tobacco is presently seeking additional manufacturing capacity in an attempt to enter certain foreign markets, especially China.
